【About Her: 】
With a lively and energetic personality, this lady came from a provincial in Tainan, Taiwan. In her early years, she never had the opportunity to know what it means to have a proper vacation. For her, vacation means working in the farm her family owns; tilling the ground, pulling out the weeds, sending the cows to the pastures, spreading the fertilized, and other odd jobs in the farm. On the other hand, when we talk about her school life, it’s none the better. She wakes up just before 4AM to make breakfast for the family, wash the clothes, and do other back breaking chores while studying for tests. At 5AM, because the provincial transportations lines are not that convenient, she takes a bus to the train station and from the train station on the other side of town; she has to ride her bike going to class. And that is the way she did it until she finished Vocational High School.
【Life Changing Moment: 】
After vocational school, she didn’t want to pursue anything more. She just wants to start working and earn enough money to build her own European style vacation house, and leaving the life of poverty. So she packed her bags and headed for the fast paced life of Taipei City, Taiwan. In the busy life of Taipei’s working population, she met her better half. After marriage and giving birth to a child of her own, she’s also offers low stability in terms of time with the family and financial area, she decided to be a kindergarten teacher. So from when her child was 3 years old’ til he graduated college, she was a teacher for the kindergarten. And through her perseverance and hard work, she actually has her very own kindergarten school and was able to iive a very stable job with a good amount of beautiful memories.
【Her Hopes and Dreams Realized: 】
With her kinder under pressure due to competitions and iow birth rate, she decided to go back to her childhood dream of that European style villa. So after completing a 2 year course on Hospitality Management and other tourist related courses, she opened her second business venture which is her own Bed and Breakfast Villa. She spent 2 more years learning the trade such as Japanese cuisine, the art of flower pressing, hand crafted soaps and candle works; she also learned how to manage a western caf’e style and Chinese treats caf’e. She believed that “When you have the will to carry on, you’ll have strength to do so.” She managed to do all these and was able to establish a great villa where she herself Plays host and gives a whole new experience to coming customers.
【关于她】
个性活泼、开朗，来自台南县大内乡的农村姑娘，在她的童年记忆里，从来不知假日为何。因为只要一放假，父母便使唤她去田里帮忙，除杂草、喷农药、甚至是放牛，样样工作都得帮忙。说起她的求学过程，更是备极艰辛。清晨四点不到，就要起床做早餐、洗全家大小的衣服，一边做事一边把握时间背课文、记单字。乡下交通不便，忙到五点，就要出门搭公交车，再转火车，火车到站还要骑脚踏车才能到校，如此辗转方完成高职学业。
【她的生命转机】
高职毕业后，她直觉不想再升学了，只想立志认真工作、努力赚钱，盖一间欧式别墅，脱离贫困的生活。因着向往台北的热闹繁华，她便大胆到人生地不熟的台北工作。也在这样的机缘下，认识生命里重要的另一半。随着婚后孩子出生，接踵而来的经济、贷款压力，以及另一半是警察的不稳定作息，为了就近照顾自己的孩子，经与先生商量之后，她便到原本相当排斥的幼儿园工作。隔行如隔山的摸索下，从儿子三岁踏入幼教界，至儿子大学毕业的岁月里，她从随车老师的角色，努力打拼创办一间自己的托儿所。在人生舞台上，留下辉煌美好的纪录，得到幸福美满、和乐安康的家庭。
【她的希望相随，有梦最美】
在大环境的竞争与少子化趋势下，她心生换跑道的念头－经营民宿，一圆儿时梦想。为此，毅然报考二技就读餐祣管理系，想结合旅游与观光，开创事业第二春。她更相信「有愿力就大」的道理，为了经营民宿，她花了两年时间，勤习日本料理、创意压花、手工香皂、蜡烛制作；更在蛋糕、咖啡、西点面包及中西式点心料理制作下工夫，她要营造另类民宿，她要提供主人亲力亲为的贴心服务与最高享受。
